Net 30 day terms to established accounts.
All other accounts will be shipped C.O.D., cash or certified
check. We reserve the right to terminate customers accounts
as determined by our credit department and to cancel discounts
retroactive on overdue acounts.
Interest
All late payments will carry a 1-1/2% per
month sevice charge, 18% per annum.

Claims
All claims for High Design Uniforms must
be received in writing within 10 days of ship date.
Warning
Uniforms described in this catalog offer
no protection from sparks, flames or chemicals.
Return
All sales are final. Goods with fabric or
manufacturing defects or have been shipped in error will be
accepted. Customer wishing to return shipments within 10 days
of ship date, may do so with RMA# (Return Authorization Number).
However, this will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of
the order. Returns will not be accepted without RMA#'s.
Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without
written notice. High Design Uniforms is not responsible for
printing errors and/or mistakes. The customer is liable for
all legal expenses if account is placed for collection. Customer
will pay $25.00 or 5%, whicever is greater, in the event of
returned check.
In the event of late payment, all discounts
will be revoked and original prices will apply to all unpaid
invoices past and current.
