What are
your garments made out of?
We use the typical fabrics used in the uniform industry. Our
garments are made of 65% Polyester and 35% Cotton.

Can I cancel
my order?
Yes, within two hours, but we cannot guarantee that the
cancellation will be possible. Once the order goes to our
shipping department it can not be cancelled. All refused
orders will incur a 20% restocking charge.

I canceled my order but I haven't received a
credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 72 hours of
receipt; however, it may take 10-15 business days for you to
receive your credit memo.

Can I return an item that is damaged,
defective, or I just don't want?
All returns will need a return authorization number. You may
get this number by calling our customer service department.
An RA# must be obtained within 14 days of ship date of
garments. The return authorization is only valid for two
weeks. We will accept returns for the following reasons:
DEFECTIVE NEW GARMENTS: Because we stand
by our product, any UNWORN garments that have defective
workmanship or fabric may be returned.
SHIPPING INACCURACIES: Items not ordered,
wrong style, size, color, etc.
GROUP ORDER/RESTOCKING CHARGES: Because of
the nature of group business, we believe we must be flexible
in dealing with your return requests. State your reason for
these returns. If approved, you will be given a RA# and the
merchandise may be returned. However, there will be a 20%
restocking charge. All cases must be returned complete.
ALL RETURNS MUST NOT BE WASHED OR WORN.
THEY MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE AND SELLABLE CONDITION. ALL
RETURNS WILL BE CREDITED TO ACCOUNT.
RETURN REQUEST NOT ACCEPTED:
In order for us to provide you with the
best possible service, we establish carefully planned
inventory levels. We, therefore, do not feel we have an
obligation to accept returns for:
Overstocks, slow sales, items not needed,
closeout items.

What happens if the item I ordered
is not available?
We try to ship all orders complete but sometimes items may
be backordered. We know this may be inconvenient for you,
but most of the time, when an item is backordered it is
already in the process of coming in. We will inform you of
any backordered items and if possible we will give you an
option to replace it with a similar style, color, &/or size.
If the replacement is not what you want, we will be glad to
keep it on backorder for you. If you decide you do not
want your backorder, you must call us to cancel it, it will
automatically be sent to you if you do not call us first.

Why was I charged sales tax on my
purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if Cendant Corporation or
the shipping vendor conducts business in the shipping
address state. If you are in Florida and have not provided
us with a yearly copy of your resale certificate, we will
have to charge you tax.

How long will it take to receive my
order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground
is 2-5 days, and processing time is 2-3 days. The maximum
your order should take is 8 working days. Please call our
customer service department to get the exact shipping date
for your city and state or visit UPS to view their shipping
time and add 2 days for processing on that time.

Can I have an
order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. All of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid
street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a
P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message
will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot
deliver to A.P.O. and F.P.O.

Can I ship my
order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out
screen, just replace your address with the address you want
to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use
a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping
address.

How are shipping charges
calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product type and
destination.
All garments are shipped via UPS (because
they offer package insurance and excellent tracking
software). Select products offer an express shipping option.
In most cases, this rapid delivery requires an additional
fee.
